Can an order be changed or canceled?

Yes, an order can be canceled if it has not yet been shipped.

When is the refund issued?

The refund is processed within 2-5 business days after we receive the item.

How long does shipping take?

• Within Germany: 2-5 days if the item is in stock. 
  
• To the EU: 7-14 days.
  
• For pre-orders, please check the product details.
  

What are the return conditions?

The goods must be in new, unused, and undamaged condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
